Handicapping to level the racing field
All teams get some sort of handicapping points to start the event and then each lap completed is worth points. The team with the most points at the end of the race gets the perpetual Cup (which now has some totally incorrect name on it since I have a need to change the title of this thing every year). The handicapping makes winning the race a possibility for every team entered. Peruse the links to the right and find out all sort of things you did and didn’t want to know about the IIGORelay.
