Plans to take over the world – the 2016 HSC / OEO Event Schedule

Coming at you in 2016!!!

The legend lives on! Dave Black shows us how it's done

2016 Plans are shaping up and we’ve a new look coming your way too in the near future. We’re tweaking all sorts of things and upping the fun factor everywhere. Registration for everything but 2016 Iron Cross will open Jan 1. As soon as we have the rest of the Williamsport area crews on board we’ll let you know – we’re aiming for early 2016 on this one too.

HSC/OEO 2016 Event Schedule:

Sat. April 2 – IIGO MTB Relay – The kick off to the Mid-Atlantic Super Series, handicapped event for teams of 1-4 where everyone races everyone and anyone can win it. We do a mountain bike biathlon here too, because that’s awesome.
Sunday, April 10 – Rattling Endurance MTB, Lykens, PA (60K, 30K and maybe 15K — stay tuned) Kick-off to MASS Endurance series and just an incredible loop of trails that is always kick ass (and kicks some ass too…but hey, that’s what you want, what you really, really want).
Trans-Sylvania Epic – May 29-June 3 – arrival for welcome dinner on 29th, stages 5/30-6/3 (so five days of stages, monday-friday). The 5 days will feature that most awesome daily enduro competition (now with categories for everyone!), an evening “live talk show,” more category options, Duo is back, more summer camp in the Singletrack Summer Camp, and #EastCoastRocks.

Emily Shields (Stan’s NoTubes Elite Women’s Team) won the Under 25 women’s category at the 2014 NoTubes Trans-Sylvania Epic mountain bike stage race and will be back to defend her title again in 2015.Mid-Atlantic Super Series Championships Weekend of Super Good Fun Times
feat. MTB and ‘Cross events all weekend long

Friday, August 26 – Friday Night Lights (night TT event)
Saturday, August 27 – MASS XC and Endurance MTB Finals with ‘cross bike category
Sunday, August 28 – IIGOX Relay (handicapped cyclocross based relay with a slip-n-slide!)
Party. Camping. Downhill Dual Slalom Tricycle Racing? Pond jumping?

Iron Cross, Targeting Oct 7-10 in Williamsport. We’re expanding course options to at least two and maybe three distances because this is so choice.  Fun gravel rides where we don’t get all racy will be part of the weekend too.  And we have this idea for a nighttime adventure sometime in the summer on the IC. Williamsport and the new course are fantastic. Put it on the plan.Literally could not have picked a better time to be in Williamsport for the fall foliage.

We’re pumped about all this endurance goodness and we get to help make the PA Interscholastic Cycling League happen too!
Sept-Nov will include 5-6 PA Interscholastic League Events across PennsylvaniaWe’re going to launch as one of the largest, if not the largest, first year NICA league yet. Be a part of it.
